This Order in Council differs from earlier examples (cf. <a href="https://cbaionline.org/corpus/items/show/156" title="Queen Elizabeth II's Order in Council from 1952">Queen Elizabeth II's Order in Council from 1952</a>) in that it does not direct a Secretary of State to prepare a Royal Warrant to grant the necessary authorization to the Lord Chancellor. Instead, the Order itself contains the authorization.
