Special Features
This Order in Council differs from earlier examples (cf. Queen Elizabeth II's Order in Council from 1952) in that it does not direct a Secretary of State to prepare a Royal Warrant to grant the necessary authorization to the Lord Chancellor. Instead, the Order itself contains the authorization.
