We, the Vicar General legally empowered according to custom and law and proceeding regularly and lawfully with the Confirmation of the Election of the Very Reverend Vivienne Frances Faull Dean of York, elected Bishop and Pastor of the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity in Bristol

Do at the prayer of the Proctor for the College of Canons of the said Cathedral Church pronounce that each and every person (if any such there may be) who would dispute the validity of the said election, or its form or assert that the person presented to Us is not the person duly elected, they having been given an opportunity to appear before us at the appointed time and place and not having done so as ordered, be precluded, and we do preclude them and every one of them from in any way opposing the said Election, the form thereof, or the identity of the person elected.

We do decree that the Confirmation shall proceed in accordance with the Laws and Statutes of this Realm.
