Decorative elements used as filler at the end of the lines.
Writing resembles Foundational Hand.
Special Features
Traditional Lattin warranty.
Although Queen Elizabeth II signed a Royal Warrant to pass these Letters Patent under the Scottish Seal on July 28, 2022, the sealing process was not finished before her death. King Charles III therefore signed a Warrant on September 28 confirming that the Letters Patent should be sealed as originally planned.
