Black and white Royal Arms at the top.

Special Features

This document was signed by the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret as Counsellors of State since Queen Elizabeth II was on a State Visit to Ethiopia at the time.

Someone has penciled in "bow" after the names of each of the Commissioners. This was likely done by the Lords Clerk who had to read the document during the Royal Assent ceremony.
