Special Features
The second clause appears to be a new addition as it wasn't present in Queen Elizabeth II's Royal Warrant of 1958. Similar language appears in King Charles III's Royal Warrant issued the same day making changes to the prayers for the Royal Family, though in that instrument there is an explicit reference to section 1(7) of the Church of England (Worship and Doctrine) Measure 1974.
