CHARLES THE THIRD by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Our other Realms and Territories King, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith, to Our Trusty and Well-beloved Laura Angus,
Greeting!
WHEREAS by an Act passed in a Session of Parliament holden in the Third and Fourth Years of the Reign of His late Majesty King William the Fourth intituled "An Act for the better Administration of Justice in His Majesty's Privy Council" it is amongst other things enacted "That it shall be lawful for His Majesty, under His Sign Manual, to appoint any person to be the Registrar of the said Privy Council, and to direct what Duties shall be performed by the said Registrar:"
NOW KNOW YE that We reposing great trust and confidence in your zeal and ability do hereby, in pursuance of the powers vested in Us by the said recited Act, appoint you the said Laura Angus to be Registrar of Our Privy Council.
