<text>Traditionally, the Earl Marshal would issue a Warrant directing the Registrar of the College of Arms to record these Royal Warrants (cf. the Earl Marshal's Warrant in connection with the grant of Armorial Ensigns and Supporters to South Australia), but this Warrant meant that this step was no longer necessary.

The Earl Marshal eventually stopped issuing Warrants in connection with other grants c. 1995, though this change did not involve an additional Warrant.
