This submission uses the singular 'they' instead of a gendered pronoun.
Although s. 23(6) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 states that members of the Supreme Court other than the President and Deputy President are to be styled 'Justices of the Supreme Court,' this submission states that Dame Ingrid will become a 'Judge' of the Supreme Court.
Unlike other judiciary-related submissions, this one does not submit the candidate's name for the King's approval (cf. submissions for the appointment of High Court Justices). This is likely because the Prime Minister already tendered formal advice for this appointment.
