Special Features
Final version would be sealed with the Privy Council seal and signed by the Clerk of the Privy Council. While the Clerk customarily signs Orders in Council, his signature isn't normally paired with "By His Majesty's Command"--language normally associated with a ministerial countersignature.
More recent examples have slightly different stylistic elements. The appointee's name is italicized, and the capitalized portions of the body text are also in boldface.
